I must say after a terrible experience at a different pc company we went to Matrix in Northgate everyone was so helpful and I want to thank Chase for helping us install our hard drive and being so nice. we were having such a bad day and he really provided us with the best service thank you Chase!!

I was told by my personal IT guy that my laptop can't be repaired. I must buy me a new one, a colleague of mine told me about a technician at your George branch who helped him with his son's desktop. One word “EXCELLENT". I sent my son in law to your branch in George where he was helped by a technician with the name Medwin, after a few hours i received a call from him telling me my laptop is fixed it’s working. I am so pleased by the help of him and I would recommend that technician to everyone in George. Keep up the excellent work indeed from now on you will be my go to guy.
