On the morning of 31st August I spontaneously decided to pop into the matrix store at willowbridge for some advice with no intention to purchase a laptop, but I needed one. Liezl was a gamechanger for your store. With a big smile and enthusiastically telling me about a great special opportunity. Needless to say I left the store with a laptop purchased. Erasmus setup the laptop for me on 1st September, what a friendly and proficient person. They don't try to overprice stuff. Very transparent with what you are paying for. Fast service. Got my laptop cleaned and thermal paste replaced and my pc is like new. They even cleaned the outside for me without me asking. Awesome.
While receiving parts late from a courier, I had to rush to Matrix Bellville at about 3pm. Arriving there at about 3.20pm, Joshua was kind enough to assist me unload the parts from my car.In pure anticipation, I phoned them at 5.30 with hopeful intent, to which Joshua confirmed that I should leave so long to come fetch my new build. It's almost done.I arrived at Matrix at about 5.55pm (just before closing time) and the team greeted me without murmuring. In fact, there was a slight technical issue that needed to be sorted out, and despite me saying they don't need to worry about it, they insisted to fix it before leaving.After staying back for 30min to help me, the technicians apologized TO ME, for keeping me waiting, and didn't charge me extra for working after hours. What an absolute pleasure!Thank you Joshua and team from the Bellville branch for your professional, quick, clean and kind assistance. Can highly recommend you after such a good experience!
