I came into the store with a lot wrong with my pc. I fully expected to never see it again, but the staff were incredibly helpful. One staff member in particular went above and beyond. Not only was Tristan able to figure out the problem, he kept me up to date daily always going out of his way to ensure I knew what was happening at all times. He then was able to rapidly fix and replace everything and get what I thought was a hopeless case up and running again without issue. Truly thank you to Tristan and Anthony for helping us. You were phenomenal and since another customer came in to bring you a cake as thanks I am clearly not the only one who thinks so.
The person that I dealt with was very professional. A couple other store assistants were also quite friendly. My software was loaded without issues and within the time frame provided at a fair price. Overall very pleased with the service received.
I received the most amazing service from Bradley and Simphiwe today. They made a plan for me and swapped my SSD with no effort at all. They did this all for me at a great price too. Thank you guys, I'll definitely recommend you to anyone.
Thank you Paul for your assistance!Nice open store and by far the better of many of the other Matrix’s stores and staff.I speak from visiting during a afternoon in the normal work week. So my experience is based on this time slot only.Although the store was full and all staff were occupied, I was acknowledged and assured of assistance once done with other customer’s.The technician - Paul - was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Although my technical issue was not of a major kind, I still feel i got fast and efficient service as he check the PC straight away. Then resolved it for me.
