From Manager downwards all the staff are very helpful. If the item i need is not in stock they will source it, normally by the next day at the latest.And the fact that they like our dogs is just a coincidence🤫Recommended

Such a good store and the staff are incredibly helpful. Went in for a rather inexpensive device and they didn't have stock but took the time and patience to get one for me the very next day. Called me up to remind me that it's there as well. We don't thank good service enough and I just want to say well done to this store.
Required urgent attention for my PC. The tech picked up the issue within minutes and fixed a few incorrectly placed connections. PC was 100 % working. They did not charge as it was a quick fix. Highly recommend this Matrix Team.
