AMD announced the Ryzen 5000 G-Series processors are now available for DIY users, which features the 7nm Zen 3 architecture and built-in RadeonTM Graphics for better performance and value for gamers and creators.
We are currently trying to push the 5700G internal frequency to 6GHz using MSI’s newest X570S motherboard. Ryzen 5000 G-Series processors consist of Ryzen 7 5700G and Ryzen 5 5600G. These chips have 65W TDP.
MSI offers several 500 Series motherboards with the Ryzen 5000 G-Series processor. The best supported BIOS version for the 5700G and 5600G of 500 Series motherboards is AGESA Combo PI V2 126.96.36.199b or higher. AMD Ryzen 5000 processors also support MSI’s 400 Series motherboard. For both MAX and non-MAX models, please download and install the latest AGESA Combo PI V2 188.8.131.52 version BIOS here.
In addition to a fan-less thermal design and an advanced power solution, MSI’s latest motherboards launched on August 17th. Stay tuned for updates!
