After ordering an incorrectly listed set of ram sticks, they not only contacted me promptly to offer a refund but also offered to replace said ram sticks with these for the same price I initially paid (which was significantly lower). Took a little bit of time to figure out how the pins work as you don't need to turn them they just push right through. One of the heat sink fins bent a bit but I bent it out of the way and its been working beautifully. Also comes with a pack of thermal paste. Really good value for the price.
