ASUS DUAL RADEON RX 580 8GB GRAPHICS CARD R6899

Asus RADEON RX 580 PC Graphics Card

0 out of 5
(0)
SKU: AS-DUAL-RX580-O8G

a year and a half, and one crypto-mining boom later, the RX 580 has managed to deliver on the ‘fine wine’ promise that AMD attaches to all of its silicon. It’s now the graphics card that we would recommend as the best GPU to drop into your gaming rig. It’s an impressively powerful, well-priced graphics card, with a comparatively huge pool of video memory and an aptitude for dealing with modern graphics APIs. And at just $190 (£197) it has very little competition in the market, with Nvidia’s GTX 1060 only giving it pause in a few DX11 titles and still being more expensive on the whole. Even the new GTX 1660 Ti struggles against its genuine value proposition.

SKU: RX470-MINER-8GB

It’s great for 1080P owners and doesn’t shy away from 2560×1440 either. A nice plus is the relatively lower power consumption. The Polaris 10 architecture seems very sound and proves it can deliver big-time whilst remaining inline power consumption wise, we do think it is merely a small iteration over GCN Generation 3, the die-shrink with 14nm FinFET is the biggest benefit in terms of relative performance and wattage.

SKU: DC-GENOME-ROG

the Genome delivers with solid, but somewhat simple functionality. Luckily, that is no issue thanks to the details in its design, which really make up for it as both the shroud and angled dividing wall within the chassis complement the enclosure’s overall look. The result is a good-looking, functional, and adequately priced chassis with a potent cooling solution build right in – a combination many have tried but have never been able to really pull off in the same harmonious and organic fashion as Deepcool has with the Gamer Storm Genome.

SKU: 100-100000031BOX

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor

The price-to-performance value of the Ryzen 5 3600 is crazy to see, especially when it stacks up against CPUs more than twice its price in gaming. All of the new Ryzen 3000-series CPUs we’ve tested have offered similar levels of performance in gaming, and the Ryzen 5 3600 is the cheapest one yet.

So, whether you want to build a computer from scratch or have an AM4 motherboard waiting for an upgrade, the Ryzen 5 3600 is a powerful option. The Ryzen 5 3600X does eke out a bit of extra performance for a small premium, but going with the 3600 will offer extra room in your budget if you need to upgrade a different part of your gaming rigs, like your gaming monitor or graphics processor.

The Baronkase Liquid as a whole is a well-rounded case that builds on the strengths of the Captain AIO system, while providing a solid, all-metal chassis to house your components in, which makes it an extremely easy point of entry for those who want to skip past air cooling without necessarily breaking the bank in the process or having to worry about a complicated assembly, that is where the enclosure’s real strength lies.

DEEPCOOL FRYZEN CPU COOLER R1569

Deepcool Fryzen CPU Cooler

0 out of 5

SKU: DC-FRYZEN
One of the main draws for the Deepcool Gamerstorm Fryzen cooler is the added support for Ryzen Threadripper’s TR4 socket. The Fryzen cooler also offers pretty unique aesthetics, along with a full host of addressable RGB LEDs, both built into the cooler, and the included fan. Compared to some much larger dual fan coolers, it appears pretty slim (which may cause a little concern) but as Deepcool state, this makes for a ‘non-interference design’ for the RAM slots. This enables much better support for even high profile memory modules.

The Deepcool has included a 4-port fan hub in the packing. The standalone cost of the hub is approximately $9. That would mean this cooler can actually cost near around $70 or so which would make this cooler a killer deal. As this cooler has two fans, the inclusion of the 4-port hub might be an overkill addition. We have tested the cooler in an open-air test bench setup and it has performed really that good on the stock and overclocked clocks on our 140W TDP i7 6850k chip.

DEEPCOOL FRYZEN CPU COOLER

Deepcool Fryzen CPU Cooler

I would say its worth buying. If your budget is really tight, then go for the G5400. With the G5400, you can get a more than playable FPS even in the latest games at such a low price. It’s definitely enough for your daily use and average gaming. Of course, don’t forget to get a decent GPU.
